Use the lower bag to get heavy and from here you open and stretch your ribcage. Then apply a gentle push from your feet "push the floor away" - and sing. You can add different singing exercises or a frase from a song
This exercise will allow you to activate your transverse abdominal muscle to support your voice. Repeat several times and try your favourite singing exercise as you prefer. Then get up and sing. Your will probably experience that your voice is supported effortlessly.
